When a user registers for the Platform, RevIQ identifies the user with the credential information recommended by RevIQ’s client to manage identity segmentation and ensure data quality through MosaIQ. RevIQ may also use the email address or other opt-in customer data provided to RevIQ by Clients or End Users in limited circumstances to communicate with the user regarding Client or End User requests, product information, and support matters.
2.2. Website Data
RevIQ may also collect certain opt-in information from users of the Website through web forms that collect your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and company name, and may also collect Internet addresses, time spent logged into the website, and other usage data (“Website Data”). This information is logged to respond to user queries, provide ongoing email updates, and to constantly improve the quality of the Services.
The Website uses technologies such as cookies, beacons, scripts, and tags. These technologies may be used for analyzing trends, administering the website, tracking users’ movements around the website, and gathering demographic information about our user base as a whole. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing these types of tracking technologies.
2.3. End User Data
The Platform allows Clients to collect information to monitor and analyze player trends such as progression, engagement, monetization, and experience, (the “End User Data”). The Platform uniquely identifies end-users only by the anonymized data provided by Client products as per their individual design as described in 2.1 above, and unless otherwise expressly opted-in or requested with additional details on usage requirements the platform will not federate these credentials to personal data. End User Data is only accessible to our Clients’ authorized users with privileges to view or manage the information, and may be used by the Client in the operation in monitoring and support of its End Users and their own products. End User Data is analyzed, reviewed, and stored by RevIQ to aid in product support services to the Client.
